How hot is too hot???

With regard to lp storage, how hot is too hot???? I used to live in texas where my lps were always in an air conditioned room.
I now live in California where I hardly ever turn on my AC window unit...

If the lps are in crates, in my apt, in the shade......standing verticle...how hot is too hot....

100 degrees farenheit or higher


or something lower??/

I`m sure they will be ok as long as they are not exposed to direct sunlight....I have albums over 20 years old that have been subjected to both extremes without affecting them
