How are pressfit tweeters installed?

I want to use these tweeters in an open baffle design. How are these installed? It doesn't really explain anywhere or maybe I'm just dumb lol.

Just bore a hole - tight - and press fit !!

I'd add a little glue to be sure they stay put.

So if you have to bore a hole through it would there be holes on the front where I mount a rear firing tweeter since this is open baffle?

Looks like they press into s 1.25" hole, some silicone adhesive wouldn't be a bad idea

The title of this thread made me laugh 😉

Depending on how thick the baffle is, yes. You could make a small added thickness baffle or just glue the tweeter to the back. Diffraction probably doesn't matter for a rear firing setup.
