I want to use these tweeters in an open baffle design. How are these installed? It doesn't really explain anywhere or maybe I'm just dumb lol.

So if you have to bore a hole through it would there be holes on the front where I mount a rear firing tweeter since this is open baffle?
Looks like they press into s 1.25" hole, some silicone adhesive wouldn't be a bad idea

Depending on how thick the baffle is, yes. You could make a small added thickness baffle or just glue the tweeter to the back. Diffraction probably doesn't matter for a rear firing setup.
