My surplus clearout continues...
This time I have to offer approx 200pcs of Hitachi 2SC2547E transistors - low frequency, NPN 0.1A 120V low noise (ideal for audio preamps etc)
These are used in the 'High Octane RIAA preamp' and other low noise pre-amp/amp projects.

These are **genuine new old stock Hitachi devices**, bought from an official distributor well over a decade ago (Pre-Renesas days!).
These are *not* an equivalent, fake or other copy.
These excellent transistors are not often seen now, especially in good number.
This is a scarce opportunity to obtain some of these now very sought-after devices.
Price GBP1.50 each
or 10 for GBP13.50 (10% saving),
or 25 for GBP30.00 (20% saving)
or 50 for GBP55.00 (over 25% saving)
or 100 for GBP99.00 (over 33% saving)
I tested a small batch with my Atlas DCA55 semiconductor analyser and the hfe's were in the range of 450-500, incase that helps.
I could match small groups a bit tighter for a small fee - just ask.

Still if you need them, worth taking some as when you find the 1085's not being able to get the 2547's could be the problem..!

46pcs @ hfe 460-470
Price for all 46 as a *matched* group GBP 68.00
56pcs @ hfe>520 (~650 was the highest if I recall)
Price for all 56 as an unmatched group GBP 60.00
