Hi all,

I've got just a few lots left of these excellent and now hard to find audio transistors:
[All quoted hfe as measured with my Atlas DCA55, @ room temp.]

These are genuine Hitachi 2SC2547E, not a copy! (see photo of actual transistors offered)

12pcs @ hfe 420-430
Price for all 12 as a *matched* group GBP 17.50

23pcs @ hfe 460-470
Price for all 23 as a *matched* group GBP 34.00

56pcs @ hfe>520 (~650 was the highest if I recall)
Price for all 56 as an unmatched group GBP 60.00

+ I have around 100 or so with hfe under 420:
GBP1.25 each (min order 10)
or 20 for GBP20.00
or 50 for GBP40.00
or 100 for GBP75.00
