I know the power supply filter caps leak in these amps and need to be replaced .
Are there any other caps that usually leak in these amps ?
Should I just replace all of the caps in them or just the power supply filter caps ?

Yes, the ones in the supply leak. I don't remember any other leaking but I stopped seeing these regularly quite a while ago. The leakage is generally visible by an oily residue or a darkening of the solder joints or board.
You can power the amp up after cleaning the board (may require actually cutting away contaminated fiberglass) and replacing the PS caps, you can sweep your scope probe around on the board (scope set low... 1v/div) and look for any rises or dips in voltage when sweeping around capacitors.
