Hifonics Hercules 4000.1d Stuck in protection.

I have removed the ps gets rectifiers and the drivers. Still stuck in protection. The 10uF 250v NP was blown and the power supply fets were all shorted. I can't seem to get it out of protection.
So anyone know how to bypass the protection on this amllifier?

Which terminal, 1 or 7 of the 8-pin IC on the PS board is going high?

Q226 is often the problem.

Pin 1-7 both have 5.46v on them.
Q226 is good.

Post the voltage on all 8 pins.

Got it thanks Perry. Ground was broken under the torrid. I do not have a 250v 10uF NP cap. Do you have a mouser part number for that? I do have a 200v 10uf NP?

The 200v should work.

I don't have a part number because I use mylars when I need that type of cap.
