Measure all of them. Do you get a common value?
Some of the hfonics amps that use the large FETs in the supply use 47 ohm. That's likely borderline. 22 or 33 ohm may also be used in various amps that use the large transistors.

Probably 100k. It was likely left out when assembled. It could have been a mistake or maybe a revision. Hopefully someone will know, for certain.
