Hifonics 3016.1d Short

Hi everyone, first post here but not entirely new to amplifier repair. I've replaced some mosfets and have experience mostly in home theater receiver repair and networking. Currently working on an amp I plan to use for my personal vehicle

HIFONICS Brutus 3016.1D

Initially tested the amp without realizing the extent of the internal damage. The amp powered on but had no audio output. Once I opens up the case I noticed almost all of the mosfets destroyed. I wrote down which ones go in each location and have pulled them all from the board. I did have a short across the pins when they were installed. Replacements have been ordered but I'm still getting a direct short across the drain and source pads on the board with all of the transistors removed.

Upon further inspection, I noticed R64_2 is missing part of the casing but I'm getting a 2k reading across the resistor

Could someone please help me with this amp? I'm lost and have no idea where to start troubleshooting this amp.

Is there a way to find a schematic on this board anywhere? Not sure how to find the protection diodes to test.

If you look closely at the pic attached on the first post, the output transistors are being held on only by the thermal paste. Not sure if someone cut them out before or if it could be from a power surge / short? I'm somewhat new to troubleshooting these if that's not clear already 😂
