Without knowing where the IC is in the amp, I can't help. Post a good quality photo pointing to the IC.
The V1 is a model. The revision number is printed on the circuit board.

I missed it.
Did you pull these to check them?
What readings make you think they're defective? The thermistor almost never fails (I never saw a bad one in all of the JL amps I repaired.
The rectifier diode can appear shorted when checked in the board.

I bought this amp not working. It looks burned. I want to replace it just in case. That's why I want to know the component info so I can buy it.
U600 is a thermistor. They do not burn unless something burns them externally. If that had happened, there would be burned material all around it and I don't see any.
If you want to learn and do what's required to learn how to test components, I'm willing to help. If you simply want to blindly replace parts that are almost certainly OK, I'll let others help.

It is a NTC thermistor. If the resistance drops when you hold it in your fingers (to heat it), it's likely OK. If I'm not mistaken, it should read about 150k at 25C.
Which FET are you going to order?
The gate resistors often fail. Are they burned in your amp?
Have you checked the output transistors?
If you haven't done so, read the following page, in its entirety.
