Hello I recently purchased a Chinese Wuzhi audio zk-3002 tpa3255 amplifier from ebay. I have other products like it and they have all been great with no issues. When I got this the volume output was way too low and beyond 50% volume the amp would cut off and back on repeatedly like if you were quickly removing and re attaching a speaker lead. I contacted Wuzhi and got this in response. Imgur link
So I removed what that document said and it solved the audio cutting in/out and it plays louder now as well but something still seems off with it. It seems like their is some kind of light distortion, its hard to describe but it just sounds off compared to listening to a known song on any other amp. What did they do wrong that caused the issues to where I had to de-solder the capacitor?
