They seem like a legitimate business, but that doesn't necessarily speak to the parts being genuine. What parts are they offering? Are the prices in line with trusted suppliers such as Digikey, Mouser, Arrow, RS et al?
Heisener is offering On Semi 5532ANs in DIP-8 for 50¢ each, qty 40. (Plus an additional $11.50 for shipping & credit card usage). Mouser has T.I. 5532AP in DIP-8 for 63¢. qty100; 93¢ qty10. Heisener's website says "specialized in helping our customers to find the obsolete and EOL (End of Life) electronic components." ON Semi indeed does not currently make the NE5532As in DIP; only SOIC-8.

Well, I replied to Heisener, asking if the parts were GENUINE ON Semi DIP NE5534s. They replied that they were but now the price had TRIPLED to $1.50 each. I don't think I'll do business with these people....EVER......
