Try conrad heatsink in Australia. Very good prices, fast service and the shipping for to the US was less then what US suppliers had to charge.

Just apply a thermal factor of 1.4 to their thermal ratings for home audio conditions.

i used it
i used heatsink made by china because i am chinese and only can get chinese heatsink.
chinese heatsink is very cheap and heavy because 1$ equals 8RMB 🙂
if you want to buy them from outside of china , you can only consign buying to your friend in china.

A year or so ago, I was looking for heatsink about 500mm x 400mm x 50mm (for power amp), both in China where I have contacts and in Germany.
It would have cost about 60 Euros per piece in China. We found Seifert in Germany to be cheaper or about same price, even with plane milling included. We bought 12 in the end.
Fischer is expensive in comparison. There are multiple vendors in Germany who produce equivalent extrusions, e.g. Seifert, Junior, etc.
You could do a search unter "Kühlkörper" at google.de for those in Europe. Otherwise I suggest buying locally, as with transport costs and import tax, etc. you end up saving little. It is not worth the trouble.
