A while ago, I put way too much time into a small sono tube enclosure with the intention of making a sealed unit and using a linkwitz transform. This didn't work out due to my feeble skills with electronics. I could never get the LT to work just right.
Now I'm stuck with a _very_ solid enclosure that doesn't work with the driver I have for it. (Tang Band W6-1139SC). The tube is 8" in diameter and has an internal volume of 8.6l (0.30 cubic feet).
I'm thinking about either a TB W5-1138SM or an Elemental Designs 7Kv.2, both of which would be workable. I'd be matching the sub up with a pair of TB W3-871s. They're notched at 100Hz on the low side.
