All gone; fireworks and kabooms and multicolored lights lighting the dark sky and the costumes and the kids having fun and the candies and the candles inside them pumpkins and the happy streets with Batmans and Cinderellas and the parties and the dancing...all that jazz. All gone; today is a brand new day: November 1st (2014-11-01). 🙂

Yesterday was Halloween and the day I had put off for 12 years. My appointment for a colonoscopy. I was greeted at the desk by Lady Gaga, prepped by a witch, hooked up and IV'ed by a vampire with blood all over her face. The deed itself was done by Abe Lincoln.
