Hørning MC transformer

Hello. Trying to put together a step up MC transformer using a Hørning transformer but with no luck. I followed the schematic he sent me but no sound comming through.
I use the 16 times ratio with output in parallell and have tried with the input both in parallell and i series. No sound. What am I doing wrong.

Red - Yellow and Brown - Green, both 1R6. White - Blue and Violet - Orange, both 31R. Does it matter how I connect the output i parallell? Should it be White and Orange connected together instead of White and Violet? Should the input be connected in parallell too? Or series as indicated on the schematic?
It seems that Hørning is no longer in business, he does not answer any mail.

Order of connection is critical. Would be helpful if you marked the schematic with the colors of each conductor in English, if you connect a single primary or secondary winding in reverse relative to the other primary or secondary winding regardless of parallel or series connection you will get no output.

So it seems fairly clear so unless the diagram is wrong it should work. Do you have a function generator or similar that would help you to check the phasing of all of the windings? If not you you can use a computer sound card or even the headphone output on a laptop to figure this out. (insert a small series resistor of 10 ohms or so between the output and the transformer primary. Use a few mV of signal. You just need a DMM to do AC voltage measurements as you try different input and output connections. (Correct you get a reading that makes sense, incorrect and you get a much lower than expected reading.)

Yes, I have a function generator but not sure how to check the phasing. I mean, there are numerous possibilities. Can I test Brown +/Green - on the input against Violet +/Orange - on the output and then switch the output around to see if Orange is + and Violet is -? If no sound then use Red and Yellow on the input to see if I get sound? 🤔
