Grounding linstage help

I am finishing up a 12B4 linstage. The linestage is being fed by a op-amp based phono stage (star grounded with a 3 conductor power cord).

The 12B4 linestage feeds a NAD 214 poweramp with a 2 conductor power cord.

The 12B4 is being powered by the Glassware Audio PS-1 PSU (PS-1 High & Low Voltage Regulator Kit). The PS-1 PSU has the option of bringing all the circuit grounds to a chassis ground or through a diode || resistor || cap filter then to a chassis ground.

I assume I should bring all circuit grounds, including the signal stage (tube) grounds to this ground filter before terminating the ground filter "exit" to a chassis ground. Correct?

Thanks!
