This is the GB for XEN designed cases for the corresponding GB for PCBs and component sets.
The cases are produced in Europe and will start production in Jan 2020.
The objective is for the cases to be ready for delivery by the time members build the PCBs and need to test the build.
Cost per case set ( 2 Cases )( Power and Signal ) is €650 + shipping.
All materials and finishes as per EUVLs specs and design.
Payment on confirmation will be 50% total cost, remainder prior to delivery.
GB end date 5 Jan 2020 GB now Closed.
Shipping method will be fully traceable but final solution still to be determined. some work better for some countries others require different method....learned that from the DAO Headamp GB !!!....

The All Black version is of course possible but i need to get assurance of consistency of the black on all panels, i will talk to anodizer, in principle no problem.
I have done other panels and Heatsinks with them and quality is reprehensible.
Black needs extra care as always but in a industrial facility this is not a problem, they have re-anodized panels for me before.

Technically everything is possible.
But I can tell you from experience that it is hell to handle individual wishes in small batch production.
To start with, extra drawings, CNC programming, extra part number, extra processing, .....
If we had still been doing cases we would have definitely said no.
But CeeVee will decide. His GB, not ours.
Just don't expect it to be for free.
It is a hell of a lot of work than you can imagine.

The Special request like all black cases or no Bezel are possible but only if original designer EUVL agrees so i will have to wait to see what he says.
The all black option seems simple enough although i have to take special care with uniformity of finish at the anodizer but the no Bezel option is a design change.
It makes it even simpler to produce but that is only possible if he agrees it is ok, from my side no problem at all.

Black will look horrible. But it is their choice.
So as long as you will make it and they agree to remove the XEN logo, it is fine with me.
(As you said, it is not the original XEN design anymore.)
Don't complaint I did not warn you when it does not look good afterwards.
