For sale TPS7A4700 LNPSU PCBs.
Price for one PCB with SMD components and 4x8mm standoffs & M3 nuts = 17€.
Priortiy shipping with tracking = 4€ + PPF
To make PSU complete you need to add one or two filtering capacitors dia=16mm ls=7.5mm.

TPS7A4700 has output voltage from 1.4V > 20.5V. This PCB has only one voltage output, but if you have two of them you can connect them into symmetrical voltage output. So for your requirements you would need to get three of these PCBs.
