The number needed for each is 8, 8, 4, and 4 per each line item.
Therefore, 8*3.6+8*0.45+4*.40+4*0.15=34.6+5=$39.6

I would not use 60V 220uf Caps as the voltage is ~80V before the fet and 60V after the fet. Use 100V caps instead.

Kari Will my 80vdc ( with 100v surge ) be ok ?
Woudn't that be a little on the tight side? I'd still use at least 100V caps and those 220uF shoudn't be that expensive.

yeah a bit. I was planning to use 55v-0-55v toroid and use 4 x 3300uf 80vdc on the psu . recitified that should be 77 ..... tight yeah I guess... caps are cheap though.
