Big Fat EI core transformer FS. should be good for many projects!
I get 48.4Vct no load with a 120vac line
Maintaining a 120V line and loading it down with 4 ohms I get 46V which should = 11.5amps!!! that should be about 530 watts at that point so not sure how you would rate a transformer but it's beefy none the less!

Measure core cross section area and cross section area for copper/insulation....there should be some general formulae out there somewhere...maybe even within DIY
