Traded it for a dBX 2231 EQ, a much better audiophile grade unit. After living with the DEQ2496 for almost 2 years, I can honestly say that. I had a chance to A/B them before the trade, and the difference in dynamic range, noise floor and adjustability is night and day. I am convinced that for hi-fi listening, a high quality analog unit is the way to go.
