Hello everyone,
I have available 26 pieces each of ON Semiconductor BJTs, models NJW0281G and NJW0302G.
They were bought in May 2018 in 30 pieces tubes, same batch code; their hFE values measure very closely.
I still have the original RS Components invoice.

Item location: UE, Italy.
I am also willing to ship it.
