Just wondering if you could enlighten us on the design. Crossover, crossover components, cabinet, drivers, any other relevent info, and hopefully some pics.
Thanks,
Jeff
Thanks,

The project is almost finished. I am working on this since 4-5 months but not full time 🙂 I was very busy at work and I did not work in the christmas holidays. Anyway!
I have spent a lot of time on measurements. I am not the kind of guy that build one loudspeaker after the other. I prefer quality, not quantity 🙂 So I tried to get the real values to build the crossover network.
Up to now, the box is done and the crossover network too. Today I started veneering the box and maybe I will be able to finish this task tomorrow. At the end I will probably do some tweaking on the crossover in different room to be sure it sound right.
I don't have any new pictures except for the one in this thread: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/show...ge=15&highlight=totem arro clone&pagenumber=2
Sound impression? Preliminary listening sessions showed me a very good stereo imaging, detailed mids and surprising bass (since it is only a 4.5'' woofer).
As soon as I will finish the project I will post some picture and project details if there is interest.
I already know the name of my loudspeaker: it will be called "Clarro" for "Arro Clone".
By the way, all this project is based on public information found and I did not open the real box so I have no idea if the inside dimensions or the crossover values are the same.
