Don't know of any specific designs, but these specs imply that they come closest to Rutcho's FP-203 specs: FOSTEX FE203の仕様 フォステクス
Lacking any more information/measured specs, his 'universal' BLH is probably your best overall option short of measuring your own driver's T/S specs:

If doing a BR type you risk losing your low end under 60Hz (option of adding a subwoofer to reproduce the lowest frequencies) for not using the backloaded horn.
