fixed resistors for L-pad...Power rating?

Lpad on the tweets...
Make a 4by4. This is in abstract. If you have high power speaker you would use a 4x10W, lets say, for a 40W equivalent (series&parallel). The tweeter does not use the full (500W) power. If you use a 20W resistor, buy 4 for a 80W result, and connect them series/parallel. And more wattage if you need more power. Usually power speakers have a lamp (incandescent). Look at Eminence bulbs for xovers and others, to protect your valuable HF compressor drivers.😀

For superior performance, at most likely the same cost, consider using a small power amplifier to drive the tweeters. Then, only a D.C. blocking capacitor is needed in the tweeter drive circuit for its protection.
