Hello all,

First all I am new to this forum. I am looking into making a fingerboard cello, or theremin cello.(I have heard it being called different names.) I am in college for electrical engineering so I have some electrical background. I just need a to know where to start. I am hoping to present it to my girlfriend for her birthday.

Theremin schematics and projects are easy enough to find, google them up. As to Theremin cello, I'd say knock out a basic Theremin first and get familiar with its performance. Then go into adapting it to the cello format.
