Feedback papers...

The articles will probably cost you $30 each.

Seems they are both published by Kluwer here in Holland.
Next week i'll be at Delft university, i could check if the electronics faculty library has the papers.
They used to have loads of that journal way back when.
 
Much more importantly, does anyone have a copy of this or are a member of the IEEE ?. I will contribute the money to get the article if required.

Joining the IEEE

I was wondering how much joining the IEEE actually costs. Without a doubt there is some seriously good matieral on there.

I also wonder if the papers and references from days gone by - say the 60's and 70's are still available.
