Fake or real? Fairchild 19N20C

I found a dealer in Hong Kong selling Fairchild 19N20C mosfets. I had him send me a pair, they were inexpensive.

They look good to me, not fakes. Lettering is clear and bronze colored. Small circle near the bottom has an "F" in it.

Anybody see anything funny? If you are interested, I can tell you where I got them from.

They look good and similar to ones I got small F indent in bottom middle should be proof that at least they are Fairchild's
How do they measure up is big clincher let me know as I have a few P Chanel's that may match and be happy to send you

Bksabath thanks. I have some P channels already, they were not hard to find. But the 19N20C was tough to find. I guess I'll risk it and use these fairchilds in my F5 build.

Have you tried these yet?

I bought some from the same dealer. My 19n20c are identical, but the p-channels looks less promising. None of them got the F-indent, instead they all have different letters.

I have not tried them yet. Been busy and not enough time to work on the F5.

It is less likely that the P channel mosfet is fake than the N channel. It's the N channel 19n20c that is rare and more likely to be counterfeit I would think.

Just got my F5 up and running today. Sounds good, biased up fine. I don't know if that makes you feel better about the fairchilds or not but I am happy with mine.

I doubt the N channel is rare.
I would expect the N channel to be more readily faked since the source of very cheap N channel FETs makes it cheap to relabel and/or sell on factory rejects.
