Fake MJ21193?

Ive had three of these MJ21193s blow lately, all from the same supplier. Does this die look the right size to anyone that knows about these things? If you look closely you can see a burnt patch in the top middle of the die. Base to collector on this transistor reads the same as base to emitter on my DMM.
