I have a GrayHill 71 Series rotary switch that I bought new from Allied Electronics and have wired it to be used in a pre-amp. It has 4 positions and 2 poles per deck and has two decks and is non shorting, It is wired using 23AWG ETP solid copper and all lugs have a pair twisted. Part # is 71B36-02-2-04N.

I decided to go to a 3 deck switch to switch some LED with the 4 sources of inputs.

$20 bucks and i will mail it to you in the US fro Free!
