Just curious if anyone has done an EnABLe on the Visaton B200, and whether or not there would be any benefit in performing it on this driver?
Are there any reviews I could eead on the treatment to that particupar driver and its improvements? I already have a pair of your phase plugs and am going to duct seal the rear of the drivers. I run them in a small open baffle with Hframe woofers at present (which is a whole other trial itself).
I've only ever shipped 3 or 4 pair, the latest pair in transit now. The only reviews that i could point to would be mine.

Open baffle. I probably made some comments somewhere in some forum, but where i know not.
Like other EnABLed drivers, downward dynamic range is enhanced, the driver has more detail, the pre-treatment tends to smooth the response.

FWIW, as best as I can recall they were delightful and engaging in the OBs - but would certainly needed tweeters.
Does that sound about right?
The 1st thing you thought about sans phase plugs was tweeters (unless your head was locked in the sweet spot, then there was too much treble. With phase plugs top end was fine.

Is the pattern driver specific? Or is it possible to download an 8" generic enabl pattern to use?
One uses the tap test to determine where the rings go. Over on the EnABL thread Bud has a good description of how to execute that.
