'Electrofilm' mpp capacitors for B+?

I ran across these film capacitors by Cornell-Dubilier that are advertised as electrolytic alternatives. They are at the top of the following Mouser catalog page:

Would these be suitable for the B+ for a preamp? Would they perform better than a comparably priced electrolytic?

They will probably be better and they have longer life.
These are metalised polyprop. caps.
