13mv over any of the emitter resistors
One trimmer is for bias and two are for the offset coarse and trim

do verify though that there is 13mv to all of them to make sure that all is ok.
Above 10-15% drift indicates either cooling issues in the specific transistor or mismatched transistors

I believe the emitter resistors are 0.2R and 65mA seems reasonable. Does the data come from the service manual? Somewhat difficult finding technical info on EC amplifiers on the web. The amplifier works fine, but just wanted to check since it runs quite hot.
