EL3N substitute

Hi,

Is there any substitute of EL3 / EL3N tube (old radio power tube).
Could I convert it e.g. to EL34 using proper socket and wiring (from EL3N to EL34, adjusting e.g. heater pin, anode, cathode, grid etc).

One website Umsockeln_von_Roehren suggests EL84 as a substitute, with change of socket and bias.

EL33 / KT61 is a direct equivalent on an Octal base.
