Dynacord MV120 advice?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone could have a look at the specs below for the Dynacord MV120 Model 1 and Model 2. I'm putting together a vintage PA system and I love the look of this amp! And I'm wondering if, performance wise, there would be a big disadvantage in buying a Model 1 as opposed to a Model 2.

Version 1 is one year older than Version2.
So it must be the better one

I love the simplicity, but doubt the veracity

At first glance:
The difference is the number of rectifier tubes and the power tubes.
Number 2 would be a nmore save bet due to the availability of the used tubes.
If you need the schematics; let me know.
And is there anything to say about Dynacord?
This was top quality in the sixties - seventies.
