hello,
This way has i have it now i guess you wont be able to power it up at 120v but i guess if you change the ballast and ignitor that power up the lamp then everything will be ok.
The ballast and the ignitor is cheap, it's about $15 USD.
If you want you can do it the simplest way, buying a 120v to 220 v converter and than plug to the projector.

Much simpler if you don't want to touch the insides of the projector 🙂
