diy LED projector-light decrease
please help me on this ————

heatsink is very big size 12 heatpipe—-2 fans on heatsink

digital thermometer probe touched to metal base plate of led chip—-
ambient 33c after 6 hr 40c temperature—-so delta is 7
initially very bright —- 130 inches —- after 2 months brightness decreased by 70% now dim image
many users are using this heatsink for 1 to 1.5 yrs without any light decrease but—-
why i could not maintain ?
