Disabling Protection

How to I stop the protection circuit from kicking in so I can diagnose the problem. Is the picture part of the protection circuit?

Is the PS circuit a typical clone circuit?

Grounding pin 3 to pin 7 of 7500c if its above 3.3v if i remember correctly if you have the clone power board. Thats how i got the Skar up and running. I had an open resistor in the protection circuit.
