Does anybody have some experiences with VMOS Fets ?
Can I use the BUZ73 for the BOSOZ ?
I just happend to find a few in a shop...
It seems resonable concerning the specs.

i`ve replaced them with irf620`s and they work fine.
Best, you try the Buz`s and then you will see.
I`v bought about a dozen and have matched them, because i use a lower R15.
