You should put also a series resistor to mimic the presence of the filter inductance, if there's any. Something around 220 Ω.
But you won't obtain the same results as the inductance filter, since a capacitative filter still would present the residuals of rectification, ripple, which an inductive input type limits very well under the noise floor.
