Hi,
I have a denon tu-260l ii that has a dead display panel, is anyone familiar with the internals of these units. Ive checked the actual display panel and it looks like a sealed unit that cannot be taken apart, no bulbs that i can see etc..
Is there anything obvious to check that would cause a failed panel, the unit itself works fine.
Regards,
Greg

The TU-260L uses a VFD, no bulb. If you can use a DVM and handy with a soldering iron, download the service manual from HiFi Engine - Owners and Service Manuals
My guts tells me that the voltage doubler's C55 (47u/35V) is dried up.
