Is anybody familiar with the Errorcodes generated by these Denon POA-8000 amplifiers:

The Servicemanual is inconclusive about this and in contradiction with the owners manual.
The "E4' is the most common I've noticed.

Apparently not 🙂
I'm assuming the unit has an operation issue... why not chase that down regardless of any codes on display.

Did you find any issue?
I ask because I also have a pair of these 🙂
If yours still have issues then I will try to help you at some point.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I already sold them and have now bought Pass mono's.
It's (the POA-8000) a very complicated amplifier (feed forward, sliding bias) and with many parts.
You need a lot of technical knowledge yourself or find a very skilled technician to service these amps.
The inputboard at the back of the amplifier should have gotten a aluminium protection foil against the heat of the heatsinks.
Well with the PRA-6000 (nice pre-amp for phono) I had a beautiful setup but things do end...
