Denon DN300Z strange part

Can anyone help with the identification of the part shown in the picture. IC903.

Can´t seem to find anything matching the inscription on the chip, but my guess, looking at the elecrolytic capacitor would be a negative supply regulator chip. If I´m right, pin 1 (left) would be ground, middle pin 2 negative dc in, and pin 3 (right) regulated negative dc out.
Try measuring betveen 1-2 & 1-3, also try first from pin 1 to a known ground point.
