Hi all,
I am designing a class d amplifier from scatch. I learnt that to minimise thd, the feedback loop is necessary. However, after I added the feedback loop, the 3rd and 5th harmonics are really high. The rest of harmonics are low.
I added the deadtime at the output stage. I am wondering if the dead-time has cause more distortion in the feedback loop as it creates distortion in the baseband signal.
Any idea? Really stress over this.
thx
