Guys, is there any place where I can find a schematic of a DC-DC Convertor(12V to +/-45V - +/-55V) with high current capability.

How about acquiring one of those megawatt car amps and just using the power supply from it? They're getting amazingly cheap these days. You could probably estimate the available voltage from the power output.
Just a thought.
