I have an NTD1 w/matched MOSFETs from the original group buy if you're interested. Not the same as Pass D1 (...re-worked the D1 to operate with a much higher current input from ESS DACs, rather than the meager 1 or 2mA that comes from R2R DACs. The MOSFET is also selected especially to give the highest possible gm (transconductance) at the working current. No output buffer is included as the output impedance (180ohm) is low enough to use directly, via a DC blocking cap.). I don't think I purchased all of the BOM for the build; may have bought the needed caps (would take some work to find).

With a heavy heart, I have decided to sell my D1 stage PCBs…

I simply do not have the time anymore to finish all my DIY projects.

I had bought them from Ilias and they came complete with matched IRF610s.

I had finished two PSU boards and almost finished 4 of the D1 boards.

The only tasks left is installing one C3 cap and the bigger C5 caps on all boards.

I have used excellent parts (Wima caps, Panasonic FC caps, and Welwyn audiophile 220R resistors on the relevant R8 position.

I just discovered that I even have 4 of the PSU PCBs. So every D1 IV stage can have its own PSU...
