I've never seen a waterfall plot for these drivers but I have them sitting there and I'm wondering if I can use them as the bass driver in a 3-Way set crossing over as high as 300/400 Hz.
I've never used them above 120Hz.

If this is a 12", the chances are it isn't going to be troublesome used up to 400Hz.. assuming you get it properly crossed and EQed into the system.
It’s a 12” car subwoofer. It’s rated at 94 dB which I suspect is generous. Hard to say whether you could use this in a 3 way. They are recommended for a 2 to 2.5 ft^3, port tuning of 35hz.

Looking at some old sales pages the usable range is given as 25 to 500 so they may be OK, in the same way that the old B-139 was "OK"
Actually apart from Vas the specs for this driver and that old B-139 aren't too far apart; X-Max and power handling aside that is.
