What is the deal with staying logged on? Never close browser, goto reply to an PM immediately after posting to a thread and when submitting is rejected because Im not logged in?! WT heck is going on?

This is unusual behavior and the only report of it, so I think it's a problem on your end / your cache or browser / your connection / your ISP doing some bad caching of pages. Please try Cal's advice...

I would like to thank you both for looking into the issue. Not an issue with cache and don't allow holding onto cookies after each session.
The issue was with the latest stable version of FF. Forgot there was some bloody security update a few days earlier. Decided to go with a nightly late yesterday and the problem appears to be resolved. Normally I don't run crying the sky is falling. My bad for not checking out things better on my end prior to mentioning this. < I do know better 🙄

I have reported the same many times and worked with your admin and still I get logged out. This has been going on for years, too many to actually remember when it started.
I think it started when the Forum changed the software two or three years ago.
Can you give us some details on what needed changing/updating?

I thought it was just me this happened to, it's the forum template or whatever it's called because i have had this problem here recently and i have had years of it on another forum which uses the same layout.
Usually it happens if i take too long to finish typing out a post/reply, by the time i get aroung to pressing the post reply button it tells me i'm not logged in even though i did not log out.

The problem is if they login from A DIFFERENT LOGIN PROMPT they might not remember to check it. (The only one thats AUTOCHECKED is the main one you listed in your picture there)Cal Weldon said:
