I would like to rewire the additional un-switched outlet on the back of my Marantz receiver and convert it to a switched one. The reason for it is that I have Chromecast Audio connected to it and it only needs to be powered when the receiver is on. Attached is the schematic. Is this as simple as moving the wire from before to after the switch?

Yes, that's right. Just be very careful with the wiring for safety.
Also make sure that the switch can handle the increased current.
