Has anyone done this successfully? Or can it be done at all. I think the common ground of the amp would ruin the 2024? I know if it is possible, the output would have to be compensated to a preamp's level.
Sorry in advance if it's been asked before, did not see it.

Wellllll, that's like using a hammer to wash your dishes. We need to know what your are hooking up. Connecting what to what? There are a lot of simple, inexpensive pre-amp solutions, but this is not a viable answer.
Basically a very bad idea. Far, far too noisy + all the grounding and DC offset problems.
For the same money and effort you can build a much better preamp.

I have one questrion to about connecting the TA2024.
can i use it to connect a passive Aura bass shaker to my marantz sr7400 per out?
so from pre-out in ta2024 and than to basshaker.

The bass shaker is pretty much just a speaker in terms of the load it presents the TA2024. The TA2024 is a little upderpowered to run a bass shaker with though.
